Rasheed was a terrorist who worked for Habib Marwan during Day 4.
Day 4[]
At the beginning of the day, Rasheed and some accomplices ambushed a Secret Service motorcade, murdered 7 agents, and kidnapped Secretary of Defense James Heller and his daughter Audrey Raines. The kidnapped victims were brought to Omar, the leader of one of the terrorist sub-cells, at his compound. Rasheed was not present at the compound when it was raided by Marines and Jack Bauer a few hours later. ("7:00am-8:00am")
Rasheed during the ambush
More than 12 hours after the ambush and kidnapping, Rasheed was directly assisting the terrorist cell's mastermind and ringleader, Habib Marwan. When the terrorist Joseph Fayed turned over two hostages — Jack Bauer and Dina Araz — to Marwan at around 8:48pm, he was handed a suitcase-bomb by Rasheed in case he was being followed; Fayed used it to martyr himself when stopped by CTU agent Baron. Rasheed left with Marwan and the others after Dina was executed for betraying them. ("8:00pm-9:00pm")
Rasheed was sent to move Jack to a hostage exchange with CTU in order to distract the government from a plan to strike at Air Force One. At around 9:35, Jack tried to escape by tripping up Rasheed, kicking him across the face, and knocking down another terrorist. However, Jack was punched out cold by Rasheed, and hefted to a black van.
Rasheed drove the van containing Jack, Abdullah, and Anwar to the hostage-exchange location. There, he spotted CTU vehicles, and reported this to Marwan's sniper, who then passed the message along to Marwan. Once Marwan gave permission, Abdullah and Anwar sent Jack across to CTU as Curtis Manning exchanged Behrooz Araz to the terrorists. Before the sniper could take out Jack, he was shot by CTU counter-sniper Lee Castle. But Rasheed and the two others succeeded in retaking Behrooz. As Rasheed drove away, Abdullah disabled the two tracking devices on Behrooz in the back of the van. ("9:00pm-10:00pm")
Rasheed returned to Marwan's warehouse after dropping off Abdullah, Anwar and Behrooz. He was killed by Jack during CTU's raid on the terrorist hideout. ("10:00pm-11:00pm")
