Miller was a security guard at the Los Angeles Marina during Day 4.
When Yosik Khatami was waiting for Joe Prado, Miller was making his rounds. Curtis Manning noticed him and Agent McCallan informed Curtis he was just a security guard. Miller radioed his supervisor, but his presence scared Khatami into thinking that he had been discovered by the authorities. Prado calmed Yosik, telling him it was just a security guard and nothing out of the blue, however at that moment CTU moved in to arrest them.
