First Unity Savings Bank was a bank located in Lexington, New York City. Dana Walsh and Cole Ortiz had a joint savings account there.
Jack Bauer, Cole and Dana went to the bank to investigate Dana's safety deposit box, which Dana said had evidence of Russian involvement in the murder of Omar Hassan. Cole and Dana met with Brian, an employee and old friend, who arranged for them to get to their box. After he gave them their box, Dana shot him and stunned Cole with a device within the box. She took a gun from it and fled. Outside, Jack was confronted by Officer Burtt and his partner. Seeing Dana escaping, Jack shot Burtt in the foot and knocked the other down, pursuing Dana out of the bank. ("Day 8: 11:00am-12:00pm")
