Abdul Mahnesh

Abdul Mahnesh was a terrorist working for Habib Marwan during Season 4.

Day 4

Early in the day, Abdul went with Kalil Hasan to kill Andrew Paige, to stifle his investigations into the network hacking the terrorists were planning to use to broadcast the execution of James Heller, which Andrew had inadvertently discovered. During their search, Abdul and Kalil murdered several of Andrew's friends and family members, including Melanie. The two were working on behalf of Omar and Navi Araz.

About sixteen hours later, he was one of the three terrorists, along with Steve Simmons, who accompanied Marwan to retrieve the nuclear football from Jason and Kelly Girard in the Mojave Desert. He delayed Jack Bauer with automatic weapon fire, but Jack snuck near his position and killed him.

Background information and notes

• Although unnamed in his episodes, this character was given the name "Mahnesh" in the Fox press release, and later the full name was featured on Jack's list of kills in 24: Live Another Day.
