Irina and her compatriot Svetlana were called to the restaurant owned by Red Square crime boss Sergei Bazhaev. Shortly after 8:00pm EST, the two women arrived and their services were offered to Farhad Hassan to "pass the time" as he waited to acquire the Nuclear fuel rods.
