Kathy Weis was a member of California Governor James Radford's advance team during the events of The Game.
The Game[]
Kathy first contacted CTU demanding to speak to Tony Almeida. She was transferred to Tony's cell by Adam Kaufman. She later met with Tony at Fisher Pier to hand a key card to him, giving him access to vital files to prove that Radford was involved in terrorist activity. The card contained a discarded email that she had found two months prior. She was fatally shot as a helicopter passed over the pier to eliminate her. The evidence she provided proved critical to exposing Radford's corruption.
