When Iké Dubaku was mysteriously killed at the hospital, Renee Walker tracked an orderly that was seen driving out of the hospital to this dock. Renee discovered that General Benjamin Juma himself was using the place as his staging ground for a terrorist attack on Washington, D.C.. She quickly informed Larry Moss of her location, but when Juma and his soldiers boarded a boat, she sneaked in to try to find out their intended target. Later, Larry arrived at the dock and notified President Allison Taylor about their findings.
