Charters and Turner accompany Larry Moss
Along with Turner, Charters worked out of the FBI field office throughout the day. Shortly after 8am, the shorter of the two agents was present at a briefing by Larry Moss, seated to the left of Mark Dornan. ("8:00am-9:00am")
At 6pm, the taller of the two agents stood at the hospital's Intensive Care Unit monitoring visits to Iké Dubaku. However, Udo still slipped past him with a fake hospital ID, and injected a lethal dose of poison into Dubaku. When Dubaku went into cardiac arrest, the agent quickly asked for Agent Renee Walker. Charters then accompanied Larry Moss to 44543 Lambourne Marina along with Turner in a helicopter to investigate a lead on Benjamin Juma's planned terrorist attack. ("6:00pm-7:00pm")
Charters or Turner supervises access to Dubaku
A few hours later at about 9:40pm, both Charters and Turner were part of a team assembled by Moss back at the Field Office. They and others were briefed about an operation to capture Jack Bauer at the residence of Senator Blaine Mayer, and warned not to underestimate Jack. Upon arriving, they found Mayer's corpse. Both agents were collecting evidence shortly after 10pm. ("9:00pm-10:00pm", "10:00pm-11:00pm")
Just before 2am, the taller agent escorted Jack to be interviewed by a staffer at the field office; later at around 3:44am, he helped wire the CTU servers into the hardware in the FBI ceiling (much to Janis Gold's disbelief); then at 4:55:53 he radioed to other agents that Renee Walker had arrived at their location outside 2700 Eastbrook, the residence of Jibraan Al-Zarian. The shorter agent accompanied Renee and Jack in their pursuit of Tony Almeida - when Tony's van was stopped, he ran towards with his gun out. He then stood guard over Almeida with Tim Moran, until Jack came over and asked both agents to step away. ("5:00am-6:00am")
