Detective Fisher was a Los Angeles Police Department officer on duty during Day 3.

Analysts at CTU Los Angeles determined the last known location of Cordilla virus victim David Goss, and sent the LAPD to establish a perimeter around the apartment. Detective Fisher arrived with his officers, and as ordered, did not enter the building. He updated CTU agents Jack Bauer and Chase Edmunds upon their arrival, and warned them of a large group of dangerous individuals within.

Detective Fisher was notified by Chase when Zach Parker was apprehended.
