Francine was a stripper at the Golden Pole in New Orleans during Storm Force.

Jack interviewed a stripper, Dorinda, who seemed to think that Raoul Garros, a friend of Colonel Paz, tried to have Paz killed after they fell out over Vikki Valence, who had a relationship with both men. However, Francine gave a different account, suggesting that the two men were good friends.

She was taken to CTU's Gulf Coast Regional Centre for further questioning.
