Frank Nye

Frank Nye was a member of the board of directors of the Dow Jones company.

Nye met with United States Federal Reserve Chairman Martin Webb, along with Marion Zimmer and two other officials, in a conference at the Century Plaza Hotel to discuss the economic crisis and the President's proposed stimulus package. Rather than his usual tailored suit from Bond Street in London, Nye wore khaki slacks and a polo shirt. Nye was aghast when Webb concluded the meeting an hour before schedule, but Webb, intending to attend his grandson Jake's match at the Staples Center that evening, promised that they had covered all issues on the table.
