Gary (Marwan mercenary)

Gary was the boyfriend of Mandy and, with her, a mercenary employed by Habib Marwan during Day 4.

Before Day 4

Gary and Mandy were hired by Marwan to bug the cell phone of Richard Heller. The two met Richard in a bar, and were later driven back to his home by them. They smoked marijuana, and Richard, a closet homosexual, had sex with Gary while Mandy set up the tap on his phone. The information from the tap was later used by Omar to ambush and kidnap Secretary of Defense James Heller.

Day 4

Near 4:45am, Gary and Mandy were staying at an apartment in Mercerwood. They had just finished having sex when he told her they needed to leave to meet Marwan at the Global Center. When Mandy realized CTU had found them, she told Gary that for one of them to escape, the other would have to stay behind. Then she shot him. Jack Bauer and McCallan found his dead body in the apartment moments later. McCallan photographed Gary and sent a photo back to CTU so that his identity could be confirmed. Richard Heller provided a positive identification of the corpse.
