Gideon Emery (born September 12, 1972; age 44) played Leon, a worker at the Russian consulate during Season 6 of 24.

Biography and careerEdit

Gideon Emery was born in England, but was raised in South Africa. He started his career in entertainment as a stand-up comedian. He was also a regular on the TV show Not Quite Friday Night, a sketch comedy show similar to Saturday Night Live.

Through his career, Emery has appeared in shows like CSI: NY, The Middleman (with Vic Chao), Burn Notice (with Paul Blackthorne), Castle (with Stana Katic, Mary Page Keller and Philip Anthony-Rodriguez), and NCIS (with Leslie Hope and Pauley Perrette). He has also been a recurring guest on Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Teen Wolf (with JR Bourne), and Last Resort (with Daniel Bess).

Emery has also appeared on films like Takers (with Jimmy N. Roberts), Invictus, and Primeval (with Jurgen Prochnow). He is also an acclaimed voice actor who has performed in countless of videogame series like Final Fantasy, Dragon Age, Mass Effect, Assassin's Creed, Call of Duty, Terminator: Salvation, Castlevania, and God of War.

Role on 24 Edit

Emery played the role of Leon during Season 6 of 24. Leon was an employee at the Russian consulate that was present during Jack Bauer's hostile takeover. Emery appeared in one episode and was credited as a guest star.
