Gil Bellows played Frank Tramell in 24: Redemption.

He is well known for his role as the young, bumbling thief Tommy in The Shawshank Redemption, in which he appeared with fellow 24-stars Jude Ciccolella, Mark Rolston, Bob Gunton, and Paul McCrane. He was also a series regular on the show Ally McBeal, along with his Redemption co-star Peter MacNicol.
