Gina Torres played Julia Milliken during Season 3 of 24.
She is the youngest of three children and attended New York City's High School of Music and Art. In 2002, she married Laurence Fishburne. She was a regular on the sci-fi series Cleopatra 2525 and Firefly (which featured guest appearances by Gregory Itzin, Mark Sheppard and Daniel Bess) and its big-screen followup Serenity. Other credits include a recurring role in the fourth season of the series Angel and a small role in The Matrix Reloaded and The Matrix Revolutions.
