Greer was a hired soldier working for Starkwood during Day 7.
Day 7
Greer accompanied Stokes and other Starkwood commandos to the Port of Alexandria. Using a heavy loader, he moved a container which housed the storage apparatus for the prion variant bio-weapon. The sentry guarding him was killed, and Greer himself was wounded, when fired at by Jack Bauer and Tony Almeida. Greer slumped over for a moment, causing the container to crash and damaging one of the pressurized prion vessels within, but recovered at least long enough to load it onto the flatbed driven by Reese. Soon after, Jack became infected on account of this damaged vessel.
