Gregory Sporleder (born April 24, 1964; age 52) portrayed Dave during Season 2 of 24.

Biography and career Edit

Gregory Sporleder graduated from University City High School in St. Louis, Missouri. He is married to wife Megan.

Sporleder began his acting career in 1989 when he appeared in the romantic comedy Say Anything... (with Jaime Gomez). After that, he has appeared in films like Cold Justice, The Grifters, A League of Their Own, True Romance (with Dennis Hopper, Tom Sizemore, and Said Faraj), Twister (with Zach Grenier), The Rock (with Tony Todd, Greg Collins and Raymond Cruz), Men with Guns (with Callum Keith Rennie), Clay Pigeons (with Janeane Garofalo), Being John Malkovich, Black Hawk Down (also with Sizemore and Gabriel Casseus), S.W.A.T., and The Crazies (with Glenn Morshower).

In 2003, Sporleder was one of many 24 alumni to appear in the film S.W.A.T., along with Domenick Lombardozzi, Reed Diamond, Jay Acovone, Lucinda Jenney, Roshawn Franklin, Denis Arndt, Noel Gugliemi, Devika Parikh, and Jeffrey Wincott.

Aside of films, Sporleder has also appeared in numerous TV shows. In 2010, he had a recurring role on the show True Blood (with Kevin Alejandro). He has also appeared in shows like Criminal Minds (with Tobin Bell), Agent Carter, Carnivale (with Patrick Bauchau), and NYPD Blue (with Josh Cruze), among others.

Role on 24 Edit

Sporleder played the role of Dave during Season 2 of 24. Dave was one of the members of Joseph Wald's militia infiltrated by Jack Bauer during the first episodes of the season. Sporleder only appeared in one episode, and was credited as a guest star.
