The HR3000 Software was a piece of software used at the Los Angeles Agency Building (Branch of CIA). It was used to clock in and out of work, to keep track of all staff, assign work, and track progress of said work. Jack Bauer had to sign in under the pseudonym David Linnell for Level Four Security Clearance.
