Agent Hart was a CTU operative who went with Jack Bauer on Day 4 to the apartment of terrorist employee and ex-Air Force pilot Mitch Anderson. Hart discovered a hard drive with F-117A stealth fighter schematics, which was hidden in a wall by Anderson's deceased former roommate and terrorist associate Aziz. Hart was quickly killed by Nicole, who was posing as FBI Agent Drake and looking for the same hard drive for terrorist leader Habib Marwan. Jack then shot Nicole through a wall and with the help of Edgar Stiles reported the information.
