Hugo was a guard at the front checkpoint of CTU Los Angeles during Day 5. He allowed Hank, the assassin sent for Jack Bauer, to enter after he was cleared by Spenser Wolff.

His fate is unknown, like a few other CTU employees because of the nerve gas that was released into the vent thanks to Ostroff. However, since he was near the exit, its possible that he was able to escape from CTU unharmed.
