Ibrim was a Dawn Brigade separatist working for Anton Beresch. He participated in the takeover of the Ontario Airport during Day 5.

At the airport, Jack observed six terrorists with explosive vests: 4 standing guard with the hostages, and 2 who were roaming. Ibrim was one of the latter two.

To distract Beresch and save Derek Huxley, who was about to be murdered by Beresch, Jack Bauer, with the help of Chloe O'Brian, detonated Ibrim's explosive vest with a PalmTreo 650, disintegrating him and killing another terrorist in the blast.
