Irv was a henchman who worked for Graem Bauer during Day 6.

When Phillip Bauer discovered that Darren McCarthy sold suitcase nuclear devices to Abu Fayed, he assembled a security team—consisting of Irv and a second man—and went to the Elegra Global building to stake out McCarthy. Jack Bauer arrived, handcuffed his brother Graem inside an office, and fought with the second man until Irv knocked Jack the ground.

Irv motioned to kill Jack, but was stopped by Phillip Bauer. Graem was freed and later revealed that Irv and the accomplice were loyal to him, not Phillip.

Graem sent his brother and father away with Irv and the accomplice to be killed in a remote location, and to have their bodies buried using a cement truck. When Phillip struggled with Irv for his weapon, Jack shot Irv twice. Irv's accomplice was then killed by Phillip even though Jack had already disarmed him.
