The Islamic-American Alliance was an advocacy group for Muslims living in the United States. The director of the alliance during the events of Day 6 was Walid al-Rezani, and the legal counsel for the alliance was Sandra Palmer. Julie and Malek were staffers there.

FBI Agents Samuels and Nichols came to the alliance asking for data for all alliance personnel. This request was denied by legal counselor Sandra Palmer. The FBI returned later that same hour with a warrant. Sandra deleted the personnel data, and was arrested by the FBI along with alliance director al-Rezani.
