Jason Carasone was an official working for Division during Day 3.

Carasone and his men from Division were sent to meet Jack Bauer, Chase Edmunds, and prisoner Nina Myers when they landed at Port Mugu Naval Air Station. He arranged their transportation back to CTU Los Angeles, and allowed Jack to keep a close eye on Nina. Carasone handed off a phone call from Chloe O'Brian to Chase, who learned that the babysitter of his infant daughter Angela had an emergency, and the girl was now in the care of a CTU employee.
