After Nash stabbed Drazen, the operation fell apart, but Jack Bauer discovered an opportunity to impersonate Drazen at a planned meeting with Alan Morgan. Shortly after 5:00pm, Jack asked Jay for his shirt since his own had blood on it, so Jay gave it to him.
