Jennifer Armour was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Armour began her career in 2002, with a brief appearance in The West Wing (with Alan Dale and Peter James Smith). She has also appeared in Rescue Me (with Kevin Chapman) and Obsession: Dark Desires.
In 2015, Armour made her feature film debut with an appearance in the European film Ghoul. She has also acted on Broadway, with Claire Danes and Jefferson Mays.
