Jesse Collier was a CTU Los Angeles field agent active during Day 6.

Day 6[]

Agent Collier reported to Curtis Manning at the start of Day 6. He and his team were sent to capture Masheer Abu-Marzuq, who stopped at a "dead drop" to pick up items for terrorist ringleader Abu Fayed. Agent Collier was on the roof of the storage unit, and he reported observing Masheer with several boxes of ammunition with Czech writing. As the agents closed in to apprehend Masheer, Collier inadvertently broke cover by making a noise on the corrugated roof. Masheer turned and saw the top of Collier's helmet, opened fire with a pistol, and eventually committed suicide with a hand grenade after a brief shootout. Collier accompanied Jack to the corner of Channing and 15th where he assisted in Scott Wallace's rescue from Ahmed Amar. ("8:00am-9:00am", "9:00am-10:00am")

Later, Collier was present when Jack and Hal Turner were planning an attack on Abu Fayed's apartment. That evening, he raided the Russian consulate with Mike Doyle, as well as partaking in the CTU raid of 1530 Hillcrest. He entered the building with Jack and Doyle where they found and killed Victor.
