Jesse D. Goins is an actor who portrayed Alan Hayes on Season 1 of 24. He has appeared in a slew of television shows, including Diff'rent Strokes, The Dukes of Hazzard, Buck Rogers in the 25th Century, Hill Street Blues and Ally McBeal. Goins was also a recurring actor on the hidden camera show The Jamie Kennedy Experiment, along with Ivar Brogger.
