Jesse D. Goins is an actor who portrayed Alan Hayes on Season 1 of 24. He has appeared in a slew of television shows, including Diff'rent Strokes, The Dukes of Hazzard, Buck Rogers in the 25th Century, Hill Street Blues and Ally McBeal. Goins was also a recurring actor on the hidden camera show The Jamie Kennedy Experiment, along with Ivar Brogger. He appeared in RoboCop alongside fellow 24 stars Peter Weller, Paul McCrane, Ray Wise, Kurtwood Smith, and Edward Edwards.
