Agent Justin Adams was a Secret Service agent who worked for President Logan at the Presidential retreat during Day 5.

When First Lady Martha Logan was telling a Secret Service agent that something happened to Aaron Pierce, Agent Adams tells her that President Charles Logan wants to speak with her and escorts her to a library and locks her in it under orders by the president. Logan later has Adams let him in so he can talk to Martha and lets Martha out of the room at the end of her and Charles' conversation. When he is guarding her door, she tells him she wants her pills, but Adams says that she's not supposed to have them.

Adams later watches over Aaron. He later tells Logan that he has worked with Aaron for years and that he is loyal to David Palmer. He is later ordered to kill Aaron. He leads him to a car and tell him to get in the trunk. Aaron refuses and attempts to escape but Adams threatens him with a gun. When he sees Martha, he points his gun at her but Martha walks up to him, asking him if he's really going to shoot the First Lady. Adams takes out his cellphone and threatens to call someone, but Aaron kicks him and knocks his gun out of his hands. He goes for a crowbar in the trunk, but Martha grabs the gun and shoots him, killing him.

Martha later shows Mike Novick to Aaron, and he tells him that Adams tried to kill him. When Mike asks where Adams is, Aaron shows him his corpse.
