Karima Naiyeer was the mother of Reza Naiyeer. She and her husband were in Los Angeles in Day 2 to attend their son's wedding to Marie Warner.

Karima and her husband, Hasan, arrived in at the Warner household in the morning and were met by Kate Warner, only to learn that their son had was being interrogated by CTU.

Karima and her husband expressed shock and outrage over the incident, saying that Middle Easterners are always treated like terrorists.

Reza was murdered later that day by his own fiancee, Marie.
