Kevin was one of the terrorists working for Omar during Day 4.

Kevin and a team of operatives killed at least five Secret Service agents and kidnapped Secretary of Defense James Heller and his daughter, Audrey Raines, outside the home of Richard Heller. Kevin and his team changed vans, and then brought the two hostages to Omar in an industrial compound.

At about 8:20am, Omar saw the two hostages but was unsure of the value of keeping Audrey alive, so Kevin motioned to kill her. Seeing Secretary Heller's horrified reaction, Omar told Kevin to wait, observing that he could use her to coerce the Secretary at a later time. Eventually Kevin and some men forced Secretary Heller to put on the bright orange clothing of a prisoner for the trial planned for him.

Kevin was with Omar and Henry Powell when it became evident that James and Audrey tried to gas themselves to foil the televised execution. He helped revive James so that he would be alive for his trial, and later set up some of the camera equipment for the televised broadcast of their trial for Heller. During the raid on the compound to rescue the Secretary, Kevin was shot and killed by Jack Bauer.
