Kingsley Van Duzer is a naval officer who appeared as a Lieutenant in Season 5 of 24. Like many of the extras in the scenes around the Natalia, Vanduzer was working on the USS Topeka, the submarine doubling for the Natalia. It is his only known acting credit.
