When Jack Bauer kidnapped President Charles Logan at the 4th Street Underpass, Jason Pillar and a team of tactical agents went through one of the street underground passageways to follow him. As they were approaching him, Pillar ordered agents Kirsch, Ames, and Brown to spread through the area. Kirsch checked the corridor. Eventually, Logan was found unconscious.
