Hour 1: At the start of the day, when Jack suspected director George Mason was hiding more than he was actually sharing, he sneakily tranquilized Mason and kept him quiet until he was entirely unconscious in his own office.
Hour 7: While being forced into doing the bidding of Ira Gaines, one of those objectives involved killing Nina Myers and Jack snuck on a bulletproof vest onto her so as to avoid actually taking her life. He then proceeded to shoot her, causing her to fall down a nearby hill and end up unconscious.
Hour 4: Jack needed to break Ramon Salazar out of his L.A. prison cell and knew that he was going to have to play ball by modifying the long-term undercover plan by getting Chase out of the mix. He later binded and tied up Chase after choking him unconscious.
Hour 4: Jack had to escape Downey Holding Facility with Ramon Salazar and with the ensuing prison riot already out of control, he had no time to reason with any guards sworn to prevent anyone of any authority from leaving so he knocked out this nearby cell guard.
Hour 1: Bauer had to see if he could squeeze some information out of Tomas Sherek to find out what possible attacks would happen in the following hour. He had to take out this guard in order to proceed.
Hour 10: Bauer had a feeling that the tension between Audrey and Paul Raines discussion of their pending divorce was going to turn nasty. He also suspected that Paul had ties to McLennen-Forster and ended the hostile discussion with a swift whack to Paul's head.
Hour 2: In order to get up to Wayne Palmer's office, Bauer knew he would not only need to dispatch a few guards non-lethally but follow the dress code so he acquired this unnamed FBI agent's belongings and put his unconscious body behind the truck while Chloe watched in shock.

Hour 2: In order to get up to Wayne Palmer's office, Bauer knew he would have to dispatch a few guards non-lethally and this was the second guard to meet the same repercussions as the last guard knocked-out.
Hour 9: Bauer had to break from Curtis' custody in order to find James Nathanson and, reluctantly, punched him in the neck to stun him then put a choke-hold on him and took his vehicle after setting him aside.
Hour 18: Bauer and Audrey were both in restrain cuffs until Bauer managed to escape by distracting this guard left by Heller and slamming the cell door against this man's head. Bauer later elbowed the man in the spine with his right elbow.
Hour 19: Bauer left with a dilemma between killing a man both responsible for most of today's chaos and who still having a tad bit of usefulness left. Bauer proceeded to bash the man upside the head with his pistol.
Hour 2: Upon tracking and finally coming across Hamri Al-Assad's den of operations, Bauer had to camp out by the trash takeout, cause some racket by the trash cans before sneaking around and repeatedly bashing this man senseless with a nearby tree branch. Note: It's unknown if this man was killed by the compound explosion when it was destroyed by helicopter missiles.
Hour 5: Bauer gave his wretched sibling his due with a simple punch to the face so that he could later bind him up to a chair for interrogation. Graem later woke up a few minutes later and was shocked to find himself tied up to a chair, being interrogated by his older sibling.
Hour 12: After Bauer had confirmed that this Russian consul head was working with co-conspirator Gredenko, Bauer pistol whipped him as he planned his failed attempt at sneaking into the consul undetected.
Hour 16: Fayed was trying to get off of CTU's trail but after being recognized by various bar patrons and being snitched on by Gredenko, Bauer broke up the bar fight and subdued Fayed by kicking him square in the face.
Hour 20: Doyle knew that Nadia was making the wrong call on Audrey's hospitality being run by Dr. Bradley so Doyle decided to give Jack a chance at to "make things right" by allowing Jack to make it look like he had been rendered unconscious by Jack.
Hour 23: Bauer was being held in custody by the orders of Nadia so he wouldn't interfere with the already failed exchange with Phillip Bauer. Bauer made sure to quietly take out this agent when the other one left the vehicle so he could go rescue Josh.
Hour 5: Renee had tracked Bauer and Tony to their hideout and Bauer had to make sure to keep Emerson's trust by "killing" her. After merely wounding her in the neck, both he and Tony rendered her unconscious by burying her with as much gravel as possible to simulate her death. She was later revived by Chloe's medical devices.
Hour 8: While Sergei's henchman was conjuring up the electronic pain-inducing devices, Bauer stopped pretending to be unconscious and swiftly kicked Dimitri's gadgets into his chest, causing the man to pass out from the shock.
Hour 16: Bauer ended up shooting the main conspirator, who was working with the Kamistan splinter cell leader Hassan, but Samir was surprisingly in a stable enough condition to awaken later, possibly allowing Bauer to squeeze information out of him. That was made later impossible thanks to Pavel Tokarev poisoning Samir while disguised as an EMT.
Hour 19: After making noise by the garbage heap to draw this member of Cole's team over, Bauer bashed the man in the face with a submachine gun he had acquired from old ally Jim Ricker. He later distracted other members of Cole's TAC by putting Greer's unconscious body over a heap of incoming laundry.
Hour 20: Mark Bledsoe's private security den of operations had this rooftop sentry patrolling the rooftop. Bauer had CTU agent Cole Ortiz distract this man while Bauer pushed the man over a lower part of the roof's surface, knocking him out.
Hour 22: After Logan jumped out of the tear-gas filled escort car, he was interrogated and unknowingly bugged a second time by Bauer. As CTU troops led by Pillar started closing in, Logan was found here after being pistol whipped by Bauer.
Hour 22: Mikhail Novakovich's personal driver was in the consul garage and unexpectedly assaulted by Bauer. After Bauer forced the man to give him details as to the whereabouts of Mihail and his security staff, Ivan was pistol whipped on the trigger side of Bauer's gun.

Hour 1: Erik Ritter lead a CIA team to capture and apprehend Bauer and Armstrong was the first guard to be dispatched in a non-lethal manner after Bauer threw Miller over a railing and punched him in virtually every part of his body and head.
Hour 1: Armstrong was tackled along with another member of Erik Ritter's team (the latter of who wasn't knocked unconscious but was injured) after Bauer ambushed both agents and repeatedly shoved them into one another while punching them in every corner of their bodies.
Hour 1: This unnamed CIA agent, who was part of Ritter's searching team, was pushed into some metal railings and fencing. Bauer finished him off by giving him a good upward bash into the man's jaw-bone. The man then let out a sigh of pain before passing out.

Hour 1: In order to help break Chloe out of Special Activities, Jack triggers his accomplice on the outside by using a signal in his hand, causing the accomplice to kill the lights momentarily. Jack then kicked Brandon while he was still taken aback from the sudden lack of lighting and caused Brandon to fall flat on his back onto hard metal flooring. Brandon was later seen coming to his sense while still in sheer pain.
Hour 1: In order to help break Chloe out of Special Activities, Jack triggers his accomplice on the outside by using a signal in his hand, causing the accomplice to kill the lights momentarily. Jack subdues Erik, putting him in a sleeper hold behind his back by using his handcuffs.
Hour 1: Bauer takes Dean hostage at gunpoint to enter Special Activities. Bauer questions Dean if he was the one who tortured Chloe, and pistol whips him, knocking him out after Dean says "it's nothing you haven't done."
Hour 3: Terrorist culprit Simone tried to avoid pursuit by Bauer by making a scene and acting like Bauer was out to harm her "innocent" self. This man believed her story and proceeded to tackle Bauer, who responded by punching this man's lights out.

This second man also was sold on Simone's story and was punched, thrown on his side and then punched out cold while trying to halt Bauer's progress in catching the disguised terrorist.

Hour 3: Bauer decided that the only way he was going to get into the nearby embassy was if he caused a riot after his fake I.D. failed to bypass security scanners. He knocked out this nearby guard by blinding and wrapping him up with his coat and then kicked him with the top of his knees, punched and bashed the man into his own police vehicle. Bauer then took this man's gun, injured two civilians and cause the riot to commence in a violent uprising while enabling himself to finally get into the embassy
Jack Bauer is briefly seen knocking out three henchmen throughout the entirety of 24: The Game.
In Day 9: 11:00am-12:00pm, Bauer was seen pushing aside a London civilian while avoiding pursuit by Erik Ritter's CIA team but since the impact was obscured, it is unconfirmed as to whether or not that person was knocked unconscious. There were also six CIA agents seen falling down from the explosion caused by Bauer but while there were no fatalities reported, none of them were shown as unconscious either.
In Season 7, Jack knocks out four main characters – the most of any season.
