Colonel Lamb was a military officer in service during Day 2.

Col. Lamb delivered a military brief to President David Palmer and his officials. Later, Lamb and two subordinates arrested NSA chief Roger Stanton for conspiracy to commit treason. He was sent by Palmer, who suspected that Stanton was secretly involved with OPCOM, the Coral Snake soldiers, and the deaths of Ambassador Shareef and Farhad Salim. He assured Stanton that he would be able to speak with Palmer before escorting him to holding.
