Langley

Langley is the location of the Central Intelligence Agency's headquarters in Virginia. It is also often used as another word for the CIA.
When Barcelonian heroin dealer Phillipe Darcet was arrested in August before Day 1, his assets were transferred to a custodial account in Langley.
Gael Ortega worked there sometime before Day 3.
