Luis was someone working at the Warner household during Day 2 to assist with the wedding of Reza Naiyeer and Marie Warner.
Day 2
After Reza offered to help Bob Warner carry some boxes (which Bob refused), Reza said that he had to go and help Marie set up the fountain anyway. As he left, he called for Luis, presumably to help do this ("8:00am-9:00am").
Later, when Kate was on the phone, she looked out the window and saw Reza and Luis working on moving some more things around in preparation for the wedding ("9:00am-10:00am").
