Mark was Ted Cofell's limosine driver during Day 1. Jack Bauer reached Cofell Enterprises to speak to Cofell, but learned that he was on his way down the elevator to the parking garage. Quickly racing down the stairs, Jack found Mark preparing Ted's limo. Jack approached and identified himself as a federal agent and took Mark's place as the driver.
