Marty Ryan (born December 28, 1959; age 64) played an unnamed hospital security guard during Season 2.
Biography and career[]
Marty Ryan was born in Portland, Oregon, but grew up in nearby Tigard. He first attended Central Catholic High School. Later, he received his degree in English from Santa Clara University, and then an MBA with an emphasis in International Marketing Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. He is a member of the Actors Studio.
Ryan began his professional acting career in 1994, when he appeared in two episodes of Under Suspicion (with Paul McCrane). After that, he has appeared in shows like ER (also with McCrane and Eriq La Salle), Leverage (with Mark Sheppard), Southland (with Michael Cudlitz and Regina King).
Role on 24[]
Ryan appeared in Season 2 of 24. His role was that of a security guard at St. Virgil's Hospital. During his scene, he chased after Kim's boyfriend, Miguel, when the latter grabbed a computer monitor and ran out of the building to distract security while she fled with Megan Matheson.
