Mary was a nurse working at the CTU medical clinic during Day 4.

Mary gave a patient, Maya Driscoll (the daughter of CTU Director Erin Driscoll), some medication. Later, Maya nearly died after having an allergic reaction to Haldol. Dr. Mark Kaylis had glanced over some kind of paperwork error, and the pills which Mary gave Maya could have been the dangerous drug. Dr. Kaylis, Mary, and some other medical staff revived Maya.
After Dr. Sanford took on care of Maya, Mary had to physically restrain her as she became more troubled. The patient called Mary "a cruel person" for trying to keep her from a restricted area.
The nurse was among the medical staff who found Maya's body after she committed suicide.
Background information and notes Edit
- Although this nurse was repeatedly called Mary during the scene when the accidental drugging of Maya was discovered, Dr. Sanford called the character "Ruth" at roughly 5:21pm on account of a continuity error.
- It is possible that she and Carlson are the same nurse.
