Biography and career[]
Megan Gallagher was born in Reading, Pennsylvania. Interested in acting since she was a child, Gallagher took drama lessons in high school. Later, she moved to New York to attend Juilliard, while appearing in theater plays like A Few Good Men. After graduating from Juilliard, she ventured into television shows and earned a regular role on Hill Street Blues.
Gallagher is also well known to Fox audiences as Frank Black's wife Catherine in the TV series Millennium. During her tenure, the show featured countless of 24 actors like Bill Smitrovich, Peter Outerbridge, Glenn Morshower, John Pyper-Ferguson, and Tzi Ma, among others.
Gallagher has also had recurring roles on shows like Nowhere Man, The Larry Sanders Show, Pacific Station, and China Beach. She has also appeared in films like Alyce Kills, Mr. & Mrs. Smith (with Greg Ellis), Blind Obsession, Van Wilder: Party Liaison (with Kal Penn), Contagion, and The Ambulance (with Nick Chinlund).
