Melissa was a secretary at NJH Science Technology during The Game.

Melissa talked to an employee at NJH Science Technology as he left for the day. Chase Edmunds observed the talk, then after the employee left Chase said that he needed to speak to Dr. Phillips, a name he heard being mentioned between the two people. She went to check with Phillips, as Chase was not signed in on the log book, and after she went Chase stole key card and got into the back rooms of the building.
