Michael O'Neill played CTU Administrative Director Richard Walsh in the first two episodes of 24.
He recently appeared regularly on ABC's The Nine, alongside Kim Raver, Lourdes Benedicto, and Zach Grenier. Prior to that, he was was Secret Service Agent Ron Butterfield on The West Wing.
More recently, he had a cameo as a Sector Seven agent in the movie Transformers alongside Glenn Morshower.
