Mike was a CTU Los Angeles agent active during Day 1.

Mike was a member of the CTU team that attempted to place a tracking device on Alexis Drazen with the help of Elizabeth Nash. At 4:19pm, Mike shouted for Nina to come over, interrupting a tense conversation between her and Jack.

The CTU group was directed by Jack Bauer and Nina Myers. Aleshire and Johnson were the surveillance technicians, and Agent Scott was also present, as well as a number of Secret Service agents.
