Day 1[]

Hodges spent the morning of primary day with the heads of California's labor unions, discussing the importance of his new health care proposal. The proposal would ensure new comprehensive coverage of millions of active union members as well as retired ones. He also met with the chairman of the mid-west energy crisis panel, to discuss plans for 50 new power plants, as well as meeting to energy chairman of the board. ("6:00am-7:00am")

Ultimately, however, Hodges lost all eleven states to Senator Palmer on Super Tuesday.
