Miriam Henderson was the wife of Christopher Henderson.

After Henderson tried to kill Jack Bauer, Jack is led to the Henderson household by Chloe O'Brian. Once there he finds only Miriam is home, not Henderson.

Jack forced Miriam to sit on the couch as he attempted to access Henderson's computer files. She refused to tell Jack the password and doubted that Henderson was guilty.

After Henderson returned home, was handcuffed and sat next to her, she refused to believe he was guilty until Jack emptied Henderson's briefcase to reveal a large amount of cash and a gun. Miriam was confused, but Henderson claimed that everything he had done was for her.

Jack placed his gun on Henderson's kneecap and threatened to shoot him so he'd never walk again. When Henderson refused to talk, Jack shot Miriam above the knee. He then threatened to shoot her again, but Henderson still refused to talk. Jack called for medical attention for Miriam, and took Henderson to CTU Los Angeles for further questioning.
