Muhammed was one of the henchmen working for Abu Fayed.

Muhammed was left with Halil at the warehouse while Fayed went to meet with Gredenko. When Fayed returned, Muhammed and Halil were set to follow Fayed's orders to detonate the bomb in downtown Los Angeles. Before they could move the bombs, Jack Bauer emerged and shot Halil. A firefight ensued and Muhammed was also shot and killed by Jack. Fayed was later killed by Jack and the bombs were secured by CTU and Mike Doyle.
