Biography and career Edit

Myndy Crist was born in Detroit, Michigan, but she grew up in Marin County, California. Crist graduated from UCLA School of Theater and Film.

Crist began her acting career in 1995, appearing in the show Living Single. After that, he has appeared in other shows like ER (with Paul McCrane and Eriq La Salle), The Guardian (with Scott Klace), Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (with Tamara Tunie), NYPD Blue (with Currie Graham and Željko Ivanek), Crossing Jordan (with Ravi Kapoor and Susan Gibney), Drop Dead Diva, NCIS: Los Angeles, and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.

Aside of television, Crist has appeared in films like Dark Skies, The Time Machine (with Hiro Koda), Hanging Up (with Shaun Duke), Chain of Fools, Gun Shy (with Jose Zuniga), and Static.

Crist is married to actor Josh Stamberg. They have two children together.
