Newman was one of two guards that came to Teri Bauer's house after she forgot her alarm code. They came inside and discovered that she indeed lived there. He checked the contacts around the edge of the house, and left at about twenty minutes after six in the evening. He and his partner did not notice Jovan Myovic on the property.
