Omer Aziz Mughal (born April 18, 1978; age 45) is an American actor who portrayed a CTU computer agent in 24: Legacy.

Biography and career[]

Omer Aziz Mughal was born in St. Louis, Missouri but raised in the suburbs of Roswell, Georgia, close to Atlanta. His parents were born in Pakistan, and had two other children. Mughal attended Milton High School and then graduated from The University of Georgia in 2001 with a degree in Advertising and Journalism.

Mughal started his professional acting career in 2011. That year, he appeared in two short films, had brief roles on TV shows like Drop Dead Diva, The Walking Dead, and Single Ladies (with DB Woodside and Colin Salmon), and a recurring role on Fighting Angels: The Series. After that, Mughal has appeared in other shows like Swamp Murders (with Trey Butler) and The Vampire Diaries (with Paul Wesley).

Aside of TV shows, Mughal has also appeared on films like Table 19 (with Stephen Merchant), Little Miss Twenty Something, Addicted, Remnants (with Tom Sizemore), and All Hallows Evil: Lord of the Harvest.

Mughal is also the owner of Actors Taping Actors, a company dedicated to helping aspiring actors prepare audition tapes.[1]
